Ayleen joined Rochester Hearing & Speech Center in May 2023, and was captivated by RHSC's mission and values.  She attended Monroe Community College and previously worked for multiple non-profit healthcare facilities. Her most recent experience comes from The Cottages at Garden Grove, Finger Lakes Center for Living, and Auburn Rehabilitation and Nursing Center with employees ranging from 150-2000.  

 

Ayleen began her passion for HR over seven years ago within the healthcare, not-for-profit sector.  With another interest previously in nursing and also interest in a leadership position, she decided to take another avenue to help others, which is Human Resources. Revolving in both sides of healthcare and administration, Ayleen has appreciated the importance of each position, and how it impacts a company on a day-to-day basis. She primarily focuses on recognizing how to properly engage with employees and creating a safe, knowledgeable, and open resource for all staff members.
