Vicki Carpino, Controller

VickyC Headshot3.jpg

Vicki joined RHSC in January 2024 as Controller, bringing more than 12 years of not‑for‑profit experience—and a genuine love for mission‑driven work. After spending two years in the for‑profit world, Vicki realized how much she missed being part of something bigger than the bottom line. Returning to the not‑for‑profit community felt like coming home, and she is grateful every day to contribute to an organization whose work truly makes a difference.

Her career path has never been a straight line, and that’s something she's proud of. Vicki spent ten years at home raising her four children, a chapter that shaped who she is both personally and professionally. During that time, she stayed connected to her community by serving six years as Treasurer for the local preschool. When she rejoined the workforce in 2010, she carried with her a deep appreciation for service, balance, and the importance of meaningful work.

Today, Vicki is thankful to be part of a team that shares those values. Being here allows her to use her skills in a way that supports a mission she believes in—and that’s exactly where she wants to be.
