Amy Pauley, Director of Development
Amy Pauley assumed the role of Director of Development at Rochester Hearing & Speech Center in October 2025, bringing her thirty years of fundraising experience to the agency. During her career, Amy has developed and directed comprehensive fundraising programs including annual giving, major/planned gifts, capital campaigns, corporation/foundation grants, special events, direct mail, government relations and cause-related marketing to ensure that current and long-term financial goals are met. She has written grants totaling more than $10 million in support of programs at various non-profits. She brings her experience, enthusiasm and curiosity to RHSC and looks forward to helping them get to the next level.
Prior to joining RHSC, Amy was the Executive Director of the Survivor Advocacy Center of the Finger Lakes. Previously, she spent thirteen years at Finger Lakes Community College as Director of Development and Executive Director of the FLCC Foundation. Before returning to Western New York, Amy worked in fundraising and marketing for the Allegheny County Community College Foundation and The Watson Institute in Pittsburgh, PA.
Amy received her MBA in Sports Management from Robert Morris University. While there, she worked a variety of part-time jobs in sports and event management including the Pittsburgh Marathon and the Star Striker Soccer Camp, which lead to her current career. After receiving her bachelor’s degree from Smith College, Amy worked as a research and clinical lab technician at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston.
