I recognized that I needed hearing aids over 30 years ago and went to Rochester Hearing and Speech Center because my wife worked at the Al Sigl Community. I liked the fact that Rochester Hearing and Speech Center is a "not-for-profit" which means that while they do need the revenue for their services, they don't try to trade up beyond the clients' needs and budget. I also like the fact that for the entire time I have dealt with the same audiologist.

Any time there was a problem it was taken care of quickly, whether it required a loaner or just new tubes. I have referred several friends to Rochester Hearing and Speech Center when they approached me with problems they were having with their aids from other providers. They all were pleased with the switch to Rochester Hearing and Speech Center.
