Client Pay Bill Options

We offer several options for you to pay your client bill using a credit card, debit card, or check. You can pay for selected Educational and Clinical Services programs, along with Audiology services. Payment options are listed below and use your bill/invoice and/or documentation provided by the agency when submitting a payment online, by phone, or by mail. Please read all the payment instructions below to ensure you payment is received properly. Thank You!

Please Note: Audiology services are expected to be paid for the day of your in-person appointment. If for any reason you are given an extension to pay your client bill/invoice, you will be provided with a pay by date. If not paid by that date, you may be charge a payment late fee.

*Include the Audiology service provided or name of ECS program, the client's full name, and client's account number/CMR number in the "note" section of credit card payment form.
