August 13, 2008 – Local Business Executive Thomas Gibbons has been named President of Rochester Hearing and Speech Center (RHSC). His appointment is effective immediately. “We believe Tom will continue to provide the required leadership for RHSC in meeting the challenges of the foreseeable future,” said Vic Montaglione, Chair of RHSC’s Board of Directors.
