The Rochester Hearing & Speech Center has three locations:

M-F:  8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Walk-in Hours- Hearing Aid related services:

Emergency & Minor Repairs Only (programming problems require an appointment).

Monday-Thursday:  11:00am - 11:45am
                                     2:30pm  -   3:15pm
Friday:                       11:00am  - 11:45am

                                     2:00pm  -   2:45pm

If repairs are within the warranty period, there is no charge.  If outside the warranty period, there may be an office visit charge- depending on the extent of the problem.
